The Performance Management (PM) is the key of the Human Resource Management (HRM). To establish a scientific Performance Management System is one of the most important parts of HRM. Beginnng from the basic theories and methods of PM, this paper combinates with the specific practice and studies the Performance Management System (PMS) design in A Property Management Corporation.The author aims to establish a performance management system for A Property Management Corporation on the basis of the performance management theories and tools such as the 360°assessment and the skills of KPI.Via analyzing the strategic target and major problems of the corporation, the reasons are anlyzed. According to the strategic target and bussiess keystone, the realization of performance targets and establishment of major performance indexes may change prospects and strategies of the corporation into executable performance management process.There are five sections as follow in this paper:Section one is the introduction. Section two discusses the basic theories about performance management. Section three analyzes thoroughly the current situation of performance management in A Property Management Corporation. Section four introduces the design process of Performance Management System based on the relevant theories and current situation of performance management in A Property Management Corporation. Section five appraises and summarizes the design work of performance management system.The article makes use of the correlative methods to analyze the performance management system of A Property Management Corporation, points the key problems and presents the solving method to the problems. During the process of writing, the writer reads some correlative literatures, puts forward some suggestions to A Property Management Corporation.There are some limitations in this dissertation, such as the practice whether using work attitude as one of the appraisal indicators is appropriate or not is still in dispute;, the rating of appraisal indicators is not well-defined.
