Research On Employment Of Vietnamese Students Who Return To Northerm Vietnam After Studied In China

Along with the economic globalization, Vietnam economy, which has already became of the potential economy development country in whole Southeast Asia, is also developing gradually. In 2015, the Gross Development Production (GDP) of Vietnam reached to 6.68%, according to statistical record in previous ten years up to 2015 the per capita GDP has experienced 3.5 times of increment, at the same time Vietnam became one of the member of world economic organization, such like, WTO, Association of South East Asian Nations, World bank, The Asian economic development bank etc. and took a part into the association of South East Asian nations free trade agreement as well as hade both side economic partnership coordination with Japan, China and South Korea. In the terms of maintaining the continuous economic development, the government of Vietnam acknowledged that the base of developing the country’s economy is the development of human resource. According to the world history, country’s economic core competition lies on the development of human resource, particularly in the terms of accepting the advance and intelligent overseas student from different countries.Being a friendly neighboring country and having a lot of similarities with cultural activity, China has already became one of the first choice for Vietnamese students to complete their further study. Every year a large number of students choose to China for study medicine, economy, literature, language etc. These students after receiving an advance education in China are contributing a lot towards country and its society when they return to Vietnam, so solving the problem of employment issue of these students in Vietnam is favorable to country’s economy as well as society. The target of this article starts from theoretical and practical both side data analysis, at the same time uses analytical method through researching the characteristic of the students from Northern Vietnam in China, carries on breaking the factors that influence the employment issue of the students from Northern Vietnam in China, as well as goes through the investigation on job condition of these Vietnamese foreign students after return back to country and combining the personal thinking on employment issue of Vietnam, comes up with some proposals which is favorable to employment issue of the Vietnamese students after return back to their country.This article describes that, to increase the employment rate of those Vietnamese students when they return, they have to prepare themselves in a better and wiser manner, they must make themselves suitable to their motherland, have to improve their own employment competitiveness. Apart from these responsibilities of student side, Vietnam government also has to adopt better policy and action to provide a better working environment and broaden job market. The last part of this article summaries the core content of this research and raises some study values, restriction and future research prospect.
