Singaporean capital has always been a major part among foreign investments since the two countries established their national relations.The negligence of the cultural differences between the two countries has provoked some cultural conflicts and affected the business effectiveness of the companies in fact. So enterpriser has a strong demand of guidance of settling these problems down.This research is conducted by three main parts.Firstly, the differences between the two cultures are analyzed in this thesis. And questionnaires are used to collect required data to make the conclusion more accurate.Secondly, through in-depth interviews, culture difference & conflictions'influences on companies' effectiveness are given through the author's analysis of X company in details.Finally, based on this and professor Su Dongshui's management theory of "people's deed for people's good", some conclusions are drawn on the intercultural management experience of Singaporean companies in China, and a proposal for a new method of intercultural management is posed which might do some good to those companies.
