National Intellectual Property Strategy Management Research

Nowadays, competence among nations is the real competition of comprehensive national power,of economy strength,of science and technology innovation capability. And fundamentally speaking, it is the competence of intellectual property. On the trend of intellectualization and globalization about economy, intellectual property has taken a nuclear foundation in national, regional, or corporation predominance of competition. For this reason, all over the world attach importance to research on intellectual property stratagem management.In this thesis, the author tries to research on intellectual property stratagem management,and advance some primary discussion to perfect Chinese intellectual property stratagem management under the base of the analysis of international developing trend on intellectual property and the use for reference of other countries successful experience on intellectual property stratagem management.This article is divided into six parts. Chapter 1 puts forward the essay background and meaning, and introduces research present situation, contains introduction of main trends and features of international intellectual property development,and present situation of China intellectual property research. It expatiate the research content and method. Chapter 2 introduces the function of intellectual property stratagem management on how to promote international competition ability. Chapter 3 introduces the intellectual property stratagem management of our national situation and existing problems. Chapter 4 the intellectual property stratagem management from foreign, analysis the advanced management methods and experience of intellectual property stratagem management from the foreign developed countries.
