21st century, it is undutiful that enterprises will face all kinds of problems of Intellectual property right. With the development of world's economy, the distance between countries becomes closer and closer. At the same time, science and technology have been developing a lot. The character of competition between countries changed a lot as well. Intellectual property right, as a kind of activity, which creates invisible values, becomes the basis factor of the development of a company. In all of the sides, autonomous Intellectual property right is the most important point to enhance the core competitive ability. It is said that the more quantity of autonomous Intellectual property right that one country or enterprise has, the more strong that they are. At the same time, foreign countries and enterprises put a fence before our export product through using the protective effect of Intellectual property right. We can imagine that how to deal with the problem of Intellectual property right will be the most difficult thing for the enterprises of our county in the near future.In fact, Intellectual property right protection in our country is still at the preliminary stage, which doesn't accommodate to the goal of building a well-off society, and especially the severe challenges we have to face after entering WTO. There is still a long distance between China and developed countries in the competitive ability of Intellectual property right rights, especially in the quantity and quality of enterprises participating in the international competition of proprietary Intellectual property right rights. From the aspect of patents, developed countries such as the United States and Japan have absolute advantage in the key field of bionomics and biology, information technology and new material, and accounts for about 90% of all the patents in these fields of the whole world. From the aspect of trademarks, many Chinese enterprises don't pay much attention on the registration of trademarks. However, the companies in developed countries such as Reynolds and Toshiba, each of them have as many as more than ten thousand trademarks.
