| In the Outline of the Tenth Five-Year Plan of the National Economy and Social Development, it is clearly pointed out that informatization is the objective trend of the economic and social development in the world today, which is also the key of industrial upgrading, industrialization and modernization. We should put the problem advancing informatization in our national economy and society high on our agenda. As the new point of economic growth and consumption, real estate is very important to be achieved complete informatization. The Ministry of Construction put forward and established their "Tenth Five-Year Plan" about informatization. The plan is to vigorously promote the research and application of information technology in construction industry, and to renovate and upgrade traditional real estate. The modern information technology should be developed and applied into the field of real estate enterprises in a wide comprehension. At the same time, these enterprises should broadly begin the campaigns about information resource production, collection, intercommunion and value-added services, which can achieve the maximum social and economic benefits.The thesis is divided into five sections. ChapterⅠ: On the base of reviewing the relative theories and achievements, we obtained the studying significance of the thesis in this chapter. ChapterⅡ: Analyze the status quo and challenges of the real estate enterprises. ChapterⅢ: Propose the overall design plan of the real estate enterprises' informatization. ChapterⅣ: Regarding to the practical situation, this chapter discusses the processes of informatization and methods of evaluation about the real estate enterprises. ChapterⅤ: By using Vanke Group as the case, we do the empirical research on the real estate enterprises' informatization in this chapter. |
