Research On A Group's Real Estate Business Cost Management Informatization

At present,informatization and intelligentize are the inevitable trend of social development.As the government strengthens its macro-control policies on the real estate market,the real estate industry has entered the era of low profit,so that its cost manapement is particularly important.The implementation of cost management concepts and methods is inseparable from the support of information teclhnology,and the advancement of information technology has further promoted the development of cost management.The thesis firstly uses the literature research method to get a whole picture of theories related to the informatization of real estate cost management,as well as the research status at home and abroad.Then,through the case study method,select the real estate development section of A Group as the research object.Therefore,the enterprise information foundation,the cost management module,and the application of modules such as contracts and materials closely related to cost management are analyzed,and the effectiveness of A Group's real estate business cost management informationization is summarized.However,the current cost management informatization still faces problems like the cost of collecting multiple sites at the same time,lack of data base for responsibility cost formulation,and imperfect supplier management.The thesis put forward targeted improvement suggestions to these problems.Finally,discuss how to apply technology such as BI(Business Intelligence)and BIM(Building Information Modeling)which are being developed and promoted by A Group to improve cost management.Through the research and summary of the case enterprise,this thesis provides reference for the construction of cost management informatization for other real estate enterprises.
