Increased competition in today's market lead to the flow of talent, and it is difficult to stop. Human capital will flow with the flow of talent, which brought losses to the enterprise. In contrast, the organizational capital rooted in the organization, and it is a huge strategic resource. Enterprises should separate "human" and "knowledge". In this way, enterprises can reduce the risks arising from rely on "human capital" and enhance the competition. The essence of own human capital is to own his technology, capabilities and social relations.Enterprise top-managers are the core of human capital. They ensure competition of enterprises,make various factors of production to achieve the optimal combination and pursuit maximization of profit. To transfer enterprise top-managers human capital to organizational capital is the approach to build the core competition of enterprises,promotion of good experience and adapt to changes of environment.In this paper,we discusses impact of enterprise top-managers human capital executives on the organizational capital. We explore how does enterprise top-managers human capital affects the organizational capital under the knowledge transfer mechanism.By the research, we get conclusions as follow: 1,enterprise top-managers human capital affects the organizational capital;2,physical and mental quality of enterprise top-managers is positively related to the organizational capital; 3,the ability of enterprise top-managers is positively related to the organizational capital;4,the social relations of enterprise top-managers is positively related to the organizational capital;5,through knowledge transfer mechanism,enterprise top-managers human capital affects the organizational capital,and the course need some contributing factors.Finally, based on the results of empirical research, we make analysis of affection between enterprise top-managers human capital and organizational capital. We discussed the shortcomings of this study and research direction in the future.
