Study The Time Quota Of Product Based On Data Analysis

In the daily production management of the enterprise,the dividing line between the time and the time of the quota is always inaccurate and unreasonable.According to the current classification method,the division of the quota time and the non-quota time should be very strict.Any time which is not directly related to production work that should not be considered in the quota time.But in actual daily management,it's difficult to handle it by some cases.Therefore,even in some highly developed countries,there is a kind of "inevitable grace time" in the standard time stipulated by their work research,which is equivalent to the non-quota time.It's always difficult to define these times by traditional working time research and measurement techniques.Base on the computer environment of the whole manufacturing industry,the method of time quota is gradually transferred from manual time to automatic data acquisition.The enterprise needs a quick accurate formulation of the time quota and the related data for effective management and analysis,quota for the follow-up work can be adjusted to provide scientific basis to meet the data in enterprise information sharing and information integration application tools.These tools or methods can overcome the shortcomings about traditional man hour quota management,such as accuracy of quota,poor balance,high working intensity and low quota efficiency.Base on the SAP module,this project introduces the Barcode scanning system,and constructs the engineering database related to the project.And the idea of constructing the mathematical model of calculating time quota by historical data analysis method is put forward.Base on the data from barcode scanning system,using six sigma tools to setup a quota calculation method,the mathematical model by Minitab software,this paper explored a new kind of development about time quota information,computer,and supporting other lean improvement project to check effect.
