With the coming of new technology and shortened gap between technological superiority, more and more difference and competition of companies reflect on the skill, professional dedication and ability of employees. Without any organization and individual could depend on controlling any technology for permanent advantage. The core competitiveness turns out changed from the'hard'elements like technology to'soft'elements like non-technology. Scientific job management system acts like a basic and one of the most important parts for human resource management. It is benefit for enterprises to define specific title, position hierarchy and responsibility for the job. It will provide objective and scientific reference to establish the modern HR management like experimenting evaluation of effectiveness, staff recruitment, promotional practice, training program, salary package, etc.This thesis takes a small civilian-run enterprise-AB automobile service company as research subjects of empirical study and analysis the problem which exists within its process of HR management, especially the currently job system. The research ideas mainly about the experience of current situation, analysis of the problems and the solution proposed. The thesis uses the theory of specialization of labor, organization and contingency and bases on the self-character of AB automobile service company. There are three elements: strategy, function and business flow based for the analysis, research and optimization of the job system. Though the research, the thesis uses the methods like observational, interviewing, critical incident, checking and material analysis for information gathering.The thesis is totally separately six fractions: first, the profile of research; second, the school round up of the job analysis; third, the current situation of AB automobile service company; fourth, the analysis of the situation; fifth, project design of the optimization; sixth, evaluation of the execution and research.The job analysis and optimization is an attempt and exploration by the theoretical learning and practical experience of writer. I want to reveal the importance of job analysis on the construction and human resource management for companies, the validity of systemic combined with strategy plan, structure of organization and function distribution,the necessary of insurances. Hopping the thesis will be helpful to the job analysis and optimization to the other enterprises,makes more enterprises realize the importance of job management and provide reference on the practice for job management.
