Environment. K, Supply Chain Inventory Management Strategy

Recent years, with the fast development of international economic environment and information technology, there are more and more studies about Supply Chain. However, different industries as well as different companies have their own features, so the study about supply chain is also different. Mechanical engineering, especially, the Excavator industry is in golden age with quick development in china. The Stock Management is the main problem which calls for more concern.This paper first introduced the background and the condition of company K, which including the product and the market, and then the problem of supply chain was drew out. Through qualitative analysis, we can find out what caused these problems and how to solve them. The paper emphasis on the management circumstances of the company, and with the aggregation effect theory of supply chain the condition of Stock was improved.Finally, we can conclude that in managing the stock we need construct the system of Stock Management firstly. Then we could establish the system due to the company's feature. All these ways should be implemented under proper management to insure the effect. In brief, cut down the stock size with systematic procedure without lower the supply level is the real manifestation of the company's strength.
