Study On The Comprehensive Evaluation Of Qingdao Bonded Logistics Park Project Based On Fuzzy Complex Evaluation

State Department formally approved the Qingdao Bonded Zone and the neighboring port be the pilot of link in 8.16.2004,Planning and constructing of one square km be the Bonded Logistics Park.11.11.2005 Qingdao Bonded Logistics Park successfully passed the state inspection and commissioner of operation of closure.In the past two and a half years,Qingdao Park played a role in its logistics nodes,and promotes the development of related industries in Qingdao port and Qingdao city even surrounding regions.But we can't make a conclusion of how the Qingdao Bonded Logistics Park operations rashly.There are only 7 Bonded Logistics Park in China right now,and the related research about Bonded Logistics Park and the evaluation of it.So we don't have enough reference to make the evaluation of Qingdao zone.This dissertation research how to make a complex evaluation to the operation of Qingdao Bonded Logistics Park.In this paper,based on the study of international and domestic research of the literature,see the current progress of the studies,found there is also some insufficient in the current study.Based on the reference to the current Boned Logistics Park,find the actual location of Bonded Logistics Park in China.By the analysis of the actual situation of Bonded Logistics Park in China,especially the background of Qingdao Park,built a system of comprehensive evaluation of Bonded Logistics Park,and use it to evaluate the operation of Qingdao Park.Firstly this dissertation makes a brief introduction to the current research and the innovative points of the paper,and then we introduce the fundamental knowledge of modern logistic,the development and location of Bonded Logistics Park in China. The third,fourth and fifth part of this dissertation is the core content.In the third part, this paper makes a general introduction of Qingdao Bonded Logistics Park,and focus on the details of macro and micro economic background of it.In the fourth part,base on the analysis of Bonded Logistics Park project,we built the system of the comprehensible evaluation of Bonded Logistics Park of China based on fuzzy complex evaluation.In the fifth part,corresponding the indicators of the system, introduce the Operating conditions of Qingdao Bonded Logistics Park detailed,and based on it,invite ten experts of related areas to rate the indicators,by the operational get the result of evaluation.
