Enterprise pension system is a kind of supplementary old-age insurance system provided for employees with multiple incentives. The basic old-age insurance system can not meet the needs of enterprises and employees because of the accelerated speed of population aging, the economic structure changes and intense competition among enterprises. In this case, the enterprise pension system has enjoyed great development opportunities. Based on this background, the key content is to explore Incentive mechanism of Enterprise pension system and how to performs the incentive functionsThis paper firstly introduces the concept and the nature of enterprise pension, and then illustrates the incentive functions of enterprise .pension system.In theory, an analysis was made of the functions of enterprise pension system. In this study, which was based on questionnaire, and combined with case analysis, the implementation of enterprise annuity system in China and the factors attributes to the evaluation of incentive functions of enterprise pension system were studies. Some advices based on the study results were proposed to the government and the enterprises in China.The main conclusions in this paper could be summarized as follows:(l) The main purpose for the enterprises to implement enterprise pension system is to attract and retain the emplpyees and increase the competitiveness of the staff welfare system; the main reason why enterprise pension system isn't carried out in some enterprises is lack of financial resources and lack of understanding of enterprise annuity system.(2) It's not very long time for the majority of enterprises to implement enterprise pension system.The payment standards of enterprise pension system is variable. The evaluation of incentive functions of enterprise pension system is rather high. (3) The nature of enterprises make notable influence on the choice that if enterprises choose the enterprise pension system ,but the number of employees don't make influence on it.(4) The nature of enterprises and ,the number of employees affect the evaluation of incentive functions of enterprise pension system differently.
