In recent years,with the increasing pace of internationalization of state-owned enterprises,the requirements for increasing the reform of state-owned enterprises,improving the fine management of enterprises,and enhancing international competitiveness are becoming more and more important.As an important part of the compensation system of state-owned enterprises,the building of the welfare system is of great significance to the management of state-owned enterprises,the strengthening of talents,and the enhancement of competitiveness.At present,after years of development,the welfare system of state-owned enterprise employees has accumulated a lot of good practices and valuable experience,but there are still certain problems and contradictions that restrict the role of the welfare system.How to objectively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the state-owned enterprise welfare system,so as to “take the essence and go to its dregs” and promote the development of the state-owned enterprise welfare system in a better direction is one of the important topics for the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.It will also promote the management level of state-owned enterprises.Based on research topics and related content,this study,taking company A as an example,mainly employed document method and case analysis method to investigate the current status of state-owned enterprise employees' welfare.Through logical analysis and textual descriptions,the research results were presented in the form of research reports.Through related research,the following conclusions had been drawn: at present,the state of welfare of employees of state-owned enterprises is overall good,with the traditional advantage of employee welfare in typical state-owned enterprises,but there are still certain problems and contradictions.These problems include the old and outdated system design,the unfavorable propaganda and guidance work,the unobvious effect of talent incentives,and the messy management of employee welfare.By improving the forward-looking,appropriate design of the welfare system,good welfare and effective propaganda,the current problems could be solved gradually and the welfare of the state-owned enterprises could also be improved.Compared with previous related studies,the focus of this study was on the basics of broadband compensation theory,Maslow's Demand Theory and value maximization theory.Through the intrinsic connection among management,psychology,and economics,this study explored methods to improve the status of the welfare system for high-tech state-owned employees.This kind of research method has expanded the perspective of research to some extent,updated the research methods,changed the understanding,and has certain novelty.
