With the intensifying of market competition,the competition between enterprises is increasingly turned to talent competition n,how to through effective incentive measures to fully arouse the staffs enthusiasm and initiative,to enhance the overall performance of the enterprises to become modern enterprises focus on the important issues.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,qualitative analysis and questionnaire survey to analyze and study the incentive mechanism of PDL employees.On the basis of making full use of the research of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of various incentive theories and guides the research work of this paper on this basis.Later,in this paper,the basic situation of PDL company are introduced,and its employees incentive is analyzed,the characteristics of key points out the present status of its employees incentive mechanism,to lay a good foundation for the following analysis.By analyzing the problems of the PDL company in staff management,adopt questionnaire investigation on the company’s employee satisfaction situation were investigated,and the salary motivation,career development,recognition and self value realization and enterprise culture and so on the results of the questionnaire survey conducted in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the incentive mechanism for PDL company employees after analyzed item by item.On the basis of the full text analysis,demand for PDL employees were investigated,and clear the PDL the principles of the company employees incentive mechanism optimization,put forward the perfect incentive program and rules and regulations,incentives,constraints,rich executive rights of specific measures,finally embarks from the several aspects proposed the PDL company employees incentive mechanism safeguard measures for improvement.To a certain extent,the research in this paper is helpful to strengthen employee motivation,improve the overall performance of PDL company,and promote the healthy and long-term development of PDL company. |
