Recent management practice shows human resource management has become more and more important in today’s enterprise administration and has played a big part in corporate strategy. Training, which cannot be separated from human resource management, is one of the significant fields in enterprise administration. Because of this, how to position training and let it match corporate strategy in order to eventually improve employees’ professional skills and keep corporation to be continually competitive in the whole industry is a serious question, which needs to be answered in every enterprise’s human resource management practice.In the very beginning this paper presents the recent training systems and theories as well as the relative background information and the purpose of this study. And then it presents the analysis of the training system of E company, which is based on the information collected through surveys and interviews. In the end a restructuring solution of the training system of E company is discussed. It defines five principles that this restructuring solution should follow as well as a complete employee’s training system based on five sub systems, which include a training servicing system, a training implementation system, a training coordination system, a training motivation system, and a training support system. In this study empirical and comparative methods are used and it researches through surveys, interviews, and documentations. Hopes the training can contribute to the future business development, help every employee’s career growth, let the human resources of E company to be more competitive, and be a even solid foundation in human intelligence for this company to continue to win the future market.
