Abstract/Summary:
The global economic marketing integration makes the company competed more severely,hence the current status of global economy brings the chances and challenges for company development.With aim to hold the position advantaged in competition,human resource development and employee training have been highlighted by all the domestic companies in the context of global competition,more concerns and passions have been put into the process of HR development and employee training in order to improve employees working capability and make employees more flexibility in their work.At present,even HR related issues has been noticed by the company managers,erecting an integrated HR and training system still a meaningful challenge for Chinese companies.This paper starts with literature review relate to the concepts and theories in the past researches about M Company employee training system,and then deep in the analysis of principles,notions and approaches of employee training applied currently.In the meantime,writer picks M Company as a case study with purpose to analyze and indicate the central plan with validity and identify the loophole in the process of training,the following study will focus on the issues identified in case study M Company and seek for the solutions to optimize and benefit the training framework from four sections e.g.organization,process,lecturing and guarantee to guarantee system application and improve employee training.
