Electricity industry is a technology-intensive and capital-intensive industry.The safe,economic,high-quality operations of the power grid,directly affect the national economy development and quality of people's life.The Electric Power Communication Company in one Central China province is a wholly owned subsidiary of local Power Company,power grid construction in recent years due to significantly speed up the pace, then the communication networks is rapidly developed,and new technologies,new products continue to emerge.So the quality of the existing staff must be improved through training in order to adapt to the rapid development of the company's needs.The correlative theory of the training is utilized in this paper,through analyzing the status of human resources and the training actuality of the staff,from training needs analysis,training program design,training evaluation,etc.The pertinent and feasible system of employee training is built to improve staff working abilities,knowledge levels, so that the overall quality of each employee needs to match its jobs,and ultimately the employees and the common development of enterprises. |
