Human resources are the most important resource for enterprises. HR crisis could trigger crisis in other aspects to lead to enterprises hit, even affect surviving. HR crisis has been the key problem with the allocation mechanism to market forward for the enterprises. Regarding specific example as the breakthrough point, the thesis conducts deep investigation combining previous study result and objects through analysis to the performance, harmfulness and causes of HR. The solution project is developed based on the former discussion, then put forward a workable way to solve the problem from macro and micro respects. It not only brings forward specific measures, but also proposes theory conception to construct long-term prevention mechanism, which provides theoretical evidence and practical measure to solve HR problem in enterprises.The thesis is divided into five chapters. As the Introduction, chapter one expounds the study background, contents, significance and methods as well as the creation and structure. Chapter two sets forth the definition, performance of HR. Chapter three analyzes the hazards and causes of HR crisis. As the breakthrough point of HR crisis case, chapter four uses scientific method, collects data, use McKinsey 7S model to begin quantitative and qualitative analysis to the study object, then search the induced cause. Chapter five puts forward available way including micro measure and macro method to establish HR crisis early warning system and introduces risk management. Chapter six sums up and prospects the development and application of HR crisis-prevention mechanism.
