With the comprehensive development of our country's enterprise reform, more and more enterprises realize that the employees have been become one of the most important resources. Seeking out the employee relationship management theories and methods, which could keep up with the characteristics of service of the age of knowledge-based economy, has very important practical value and guiding significance for the development of our country's enterprises.This paper described the current status of domestic and foreign employee relationship management, and elaborated the elementary concept and theories of employee relationship management and employee satisfaction. Taking employee relationship management of Shenzhen Jian'an Technology Co., Ltd. as a research objective, the author, equipped with the actual human resource management experience and related theories studied, had deeply analyzed its current employee relationship management, and summarized the issues existed. And then, the employee relationship management model was presented for serving as the basis of empirical studies. In the part of empirical analysis, the author collected data with questionnaire survey and analyzed data by SPSS statistics software. On the basis of above, the relationship between employee satisfaction and eight main elements in employee relationshipmanagement- the entire qualities, the support & service to theemployees, communication management, enterprise culture, employee emotional management, the solution of labor disputations, employee emotional management and employee career growth expectation was studied. Finally, based on the result of theoretical research and empirical analysis, the suggestions were given to improve the quality of employee relationship management of Shenzhen Jian'an Technology Co., Ltd..
