Huatai Heavy Industries Project Costs Based On Supply Chain Control

Cost control based on supply chain is an important aspect of cost management. In recent year, There is effective integration of the entire supply chain in supply chain management and cost control, systematic and effective implementation of cost control management based on supply chain,which has become a business development focus and the difficult part. Supply chain of machinery manufacturing is the most complex one of the supply chains. As to the machine-building enterprises in the central position of its supply chain, its ability to control the cost of the supply chain directly affects the level of cost. Therefore, cost control problems based on Supply chains of machinery manufacturing enterprise have become competing research and study of scholars and entrepreneurs.In this paper, we have researched the subject for cost control of FORETIDE's supply chain. With the guiding ideology of the supply chain theory and the cost control theory, by integrating theory with practice, we have analyzed FORETIDE's project cost based on supply chain.The paper has pointed out its cost control problems of supply chain. On this condition,this paper has pointed out cost control methods and countermeasures based on the supply chain of FORETIDE. Its main contents are as follows:Firstly, the content is cost analysis of project costs based on FORETIDE's supply chain. This first part of the contents has a brief introduction to FORETIDE, and then there is the definition of project cost based to the supply chain of FORETIDE. Finally, the re is the analysis of project cost in the key node based on FORETIDE's supply chain-the project cost analysis of the marketing phase, project design,production, manufacturing analysis and project procurement .Secondly,the content is project cost analysis based on the supply chain of FORETIDE's control problems. From combinating with lack of responsibility, power and interest of cost-management system , ignoring the whole supply chain from the perspective of cost control and management, the cost driver to ignore the invisib le, ignoring linkages with upstream and downstream between enter prises and lower information management level, and no control of all the project process,the paper has explored some project cost co -ntrol problems based on supply chain of FORETIDE.Thirdly, the content is the project cost control methods and countermeasures to the problems of FORETIDE's supply chain. Onthe basis of the previous analysis, the paper has pointed out the general concept of cost control of its tsupply chain, Construction of cost control systems of a project based on its supply chain, andcontrol for detailed study of each key link.To cost control studiesof the supply chain, there is empirical research as far as possibleto enhance the application.
