| Web 2.0 has become more and more popular in the past years. Number of Internet Companies have grown up quickly with the developing of Web 2.0. However, the business world still has doubts in terms of weather the Web 2.0 can be successfully adapted to business context.Thus, Enterprise 2.0 was been introduced to address those concerns. Enterprise 2.0 is a new concept that developed on top of Web 2.0. The target of Enterprise 2.0 is to leverage the power of social network in business context. Enterprise 2.0 represents the new collaboration model within an enterprise or between enterprise and its customers or suppliers. This new collaboration model will implicate emerging business model for enterprises.This research is based on analysis of real cases. The results have a very important meaning in practical application. The dissertation is divided into six chapters. The first one is background and structure of this research; the second chapter is the theoretical summary; the third chapter introduces the value chain innovation of Enterprise 2.0 business model; the fourth part is the detailed analysis of Enterprise 2.0 business model; the fifth chapter gives the practical application of Enterprise 2.0 business model; the last chapter is the conclusion.The research in this dissertation is a new academic discussion of Enterprise 2.0. With this new view of study, we hope we can provide new and constructive advice for the enterprises to adopt the disruptive model of Enterprise 2.0 in their business.The research is part of 'Research demonstration project for business model and technical standard of digital community service', which is a project in the National Science & Technology Pillar Program (No. 2006BAH02A30-11). |
