Culture and creative industries, with the virtue of unique and wide range, have become one of the hot topics in recent years. As one part of culture and creative industries. China's media is very weak. Faced the gradually opening media market, faced the heated competition interior and exterior, civil media groups have come to know that they should expedite development though setting up groups, alliances and capital operation, among which capital operations having become the most heated subject discussed in media industry.The thesis begins with the present condition of China's culture and creative industries. Then cards the condition of the capital operations and analyzes the necessity and feasibility. Next, the thesis analyzes the capital operation of seven listed media companies, and draw to conclusion of this industry. Continually, the thesis briefly analyses media's intangible capital operation. At last, the paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions, which summarize the experience of successful media and are feasible and practically guiding, so that China's media industry will develop more rapidly and creative new brilliance.
