Private enterprises have been developing continuously since the enactment of reform and opening-up policy and have become an important element in stimulating national economy and formatting market economic system actively. Being lack of well corporate culture and motivation mechanism, private enterprises also faced development constraints in a certain extent.Zhuji Ba'fang Cement Corporation is based on funding of Zhuji Power Supply Bureau employers, and confronts with the problems of imperfect performance appraisal system, unreasonable equity framework, absence of employees' involvement channel, absence of development strategy, resulting in decreasing synthesized competitiveness, decreasing economic benefits, sever labor demission, decreasing employees' satisfaction and low employees' enthusiasm to engage in democratic management, etc., that all hamper Corporation's healthy and stable development.So, this paper proposes to optimize motivation mechanism from dimensions of performance appraisal system, equity framework and employees' engagement, etc. after analyzing problems existing in motivation system of private corporations and Ba'fang Cement Corporation by using motivation theories. Meanwhile, in order to exert motivation more efficiently, this paper also proposes to introduce competition mechanism into Zhuji Ba'fang Cement Corporation. With these proposes, this paper may provide references for motivation mechanism optimization of Ba'fang Cement Corporation and decision making of Ba'fang Stock Holding Group.
