Since the Reform and Opening,private enterprise s as an important part of economic have developed quickly.At the same time most of ' human resource management in private enterprises is still in a lower level.Affected by Chinese population bonus which will gradually disappear,price advantage which Chinese enterprises rely on in the global market will also gradually shrink or even disappear.So in the foreseeable future,in face of economic globalization and the disappear of population bonus,Chinese private enterprises will further explore the human resource management mode which accords with the situation of China,to cope with the future more brutal competition.This papers which take the KSTAR as the research object,comprehensive and in-depth analyze the human resources planning.Starting from the actual situation of enterprises,this paper first analyzes the current situation of KSTAR's human resources management,and points out the problems and reasons.Secondly,on the basis of the relevant theory and literature,this papers analysis how to formulate the basic ideas of human resources plan,draw up enterprise and hu man resource strategy of KSTAR and form long-term human resource planning according to the characteristics of the KSTAR.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of human resources planning,the paper discusses and analyzes the implementation process and the guarantee system,to ensure the smooth implementation of human resources planning.Through theory and practice,this paper has made the detailed analysis and discussion on human resource strategy and planning,and provided a useful example for related enterprises which have human resour ce planning problems.
