Preliminary Study Of China's Science And Technology Leader In Talent Development System

The talented people in commands troops are the strategy talented people who play a leading role in the field of industrial development and the scientific innovation .It is common aspiration of the countries around the world to conduct the research on this kind of talent and develop it in some ways .In China's part ,as a part of strategy of talented people and powerful nation, the talented of commands troops play a prominent part in the process of self-innovation , International force improvement, comprehensively national strength enhance increasingly in China .Therefore , It is vital to do some research on them in persuit of development system which is suitable for national situation.Currently , the role that this kind of talent plays has not paid any attention in China for a long time .
