At the times of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes not only the scarce resources of productivity, economy and social development, but also the key to realizing sustainable development. As knowledge talented persons owning knowledge, Their position in the enterprise has become increasingly important, especially after China acceding to the WTO. Chinese enterprises will face a strong challenge from multinational corporations. The competition is unprecedented fierce. Therefore, how to conduct training knowledge talented persons, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of their work and to effectively stimulate the potential of knowledge-based talents for enterprises' maximum benefit have become an important issue of human resource management. This paper based on the theory of corporate culture and starting from the characteristics of a knowledge-based talents brings up the training model of knowledge-based talents and the system of testing indicators based on the corporate culture.This paper is composed of five parts. The first chapter puts forward the background and significance of this paper. Chpater two defines the concept of a knowledge talented persons and represents the main characteristics as well as the relevant theory of corporate culture. The third part mainly introduces the status quo of management of knowledge talented persons from the investment, loss, prompting and so on. The fourth part states the relationship between the corporate culture and knowledge talented persons and the establishment of training model about corporate culture- oriented knowledge talented persons. The last chapter establishes the system of testing indicators of knowledge talented persons. This paper carrys out study through broad collecting relevant literature, absorbing and drawing upon fruits of relevant results of the research areas. The author hopes that this paper can play a role on knowledge talented persons'training of Chinese enterprises under the backdrop of the era of knowledge economy.
