With the development of the knowledge economy and the information technology,knowledge resource has become the key source of the competitiveness of enterprises. Inrecent years, China’s construction industry connect with international market gradually,continuously expanding construction projects put forward higher requirements forenterprise knowledge management. As one of the core activities of knowledgemanagement, the developmental level of knowledge sharing restricts the accumulation,application and innovation of knowledge in construction enterprises. However,knowledge sharing in construction enterprises is blocked from some aspects concernedwith the characteristics of construction enterprise and knowledge, which affects therising of knowledge management level in the enterprises. Therefore, it is very importantfor realizing the objects of knowledge management in construction enterprises toresearch the obstacle factors and incentive mechanism of knowledge sharing andpropose valuable ways and methods for the practice of knowledge sharing.In this paper the theory of knowledge sharing is expounded firstly, in which theknowledge characteristics and the process and mode of knowledge sharing inconstruction enterprises are analyzed, and the necessity of knowledge sharing inconstruction enterprise is proved.Secondly, the obstacle of knowledge sharing in construction enterprises is studiedfrom two angles about the knowledge characteristics and organizational environment.The game between the employees in project and the game between staff andorganization about the obstacle of knowledge sharing are deeply analyzed based ongame theory, and the possibility of behavior in internal knowledge sharing is proved.And then combined with the analysis results of motivation theory and obstacles ofknowledge sharing, an incentive model for internal knowledge sharing of constructionenterprise is set up, and five aspects about extrinsic motivation, intrinsic motivation,organization structure, information technology and enterprise culture are also discussedin detail.Finally, the evaluation problem of incentive mechanism is studied and an evaluation system of incentive mechanism for internal knowledge sharing inconstruction enterprises is proposed by using the analytic hierarchy process and thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. A case analysis is carried out with an “X”construction enterprise and the analysis results verify the applicability and feasibility ofthe evaluation system in actual applications.
