According to forecasting the development of China's future population, this paper make a more comprehensive and systematic analysis of population aging on future labor supply effects. Labor supply and the total working-age population, are highly relevant, through the working-age population and labor force participation rate in the study can be a comprehensive survey of labor supply situation. As of 2050, China's total working-age population has declined, the working-age population is gradually aging, the final paper according to these changes in working-age population resulting from a series of effects of the policy recommendations.In this paper, from the following areas:First of all, analyzing the population aging and the status of labor supply, and on this basis, predicting the population size and structure as of 2050, thereby showing the stage of China's population aging characteristics of the analysis of population aging on future trends in labor supply impact. Analysis shows that China's total population will reach a peak in 2035 and then gradually decreased, while the total working-age population in the year 2015 has been increased, while after 2015, China will begin to decline in labor force. Meanwhile, the working-age population structure is agingSecondly, from the perspective of labor supply, analyzing the population aging which bring about a series of problems. Including population aging on labor productivity, labor costs, optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and employment structure, etc.Thirdly, the proper response to population aging on labor supply effects, we need population policy and other related policy, according to aging of some issues, this paper brings forward the relevant recommendations.Finally conclusion is that:the population policy, it is necessary to continue to stabilize the low birth rate, a reasonable transition period to set population policy; in another hands we should enhance the quality of the population, and vigorously develop human resources. Employment policy, it is necessary to encourage the high-ability senior re-employ, reduce the social pressure to increase the labor supply; The second is to speed up industrial restructuring to adapt to changes in the age structure of labor force.
