Analysis Of Labor Force Participation Rate Of The Status Quo

China has the world's largest population,with the most abundant labor resources. In the planned economy period,China,the "low wages,increasing employment opportunities" policy,China has in the labour force participation rate has been high. Since the beginning of reform and opening up,as the economy continues to grow,however, labor support China's economic growth as an important element of the market will have to face excess supply of labor and coexistence of insufficient demand.From the perspective of labor supply,the study of Chinese labour force participation rate movements.In this paper,since the reform and opening up and census data for the Statistical Yearbook of the calendar year basis,total first start,and then the age,sex,region and the perspective of China's labour force participation rate of change in trajectory. On the basis of this result that the labour force participation rate of the reasons for the change:revenue growth,the personal income tax,the unemployment rate,number of years of education,urbanization,etc..At present,China's high rate of labour force participation and ensure enough supply of labor,will extend the "demographic dividend period," and promote economic development.In the long run,this tends to weaken the role.To solve this problem,some of the recommendations put forward at the end of the text,such as adjusting the structure of employment,increase education spending and delay the retirement age.
