By reviewing and summarrizing relative literatures, this article found that past researches seldom considered the relationship between dimensions of organizational justice and those of organizational citizenship behavior. This study takes crews of some companies in Nanjing as objects.The author makes use of four dimension questionnaire (including procedural justice, distributive jsutice, leadership justice, and information justice) and five dimension volume of organizational citizenship behavior (including interpersonal harmony, altruism toward colleagues, identification with company, conscientiousness and protecting company resources)and introduce job satisfaction as Mediator. After a positive analysis of the relationship between dimensions of organizational justice and those of organizational citizenship behavior, and the mediator role of job satisfaction, and author gives some advice on companies' administration practice, in accordance with the result of the study.This article gets sample statistics through questionnaires, and makes descriptive analysis and the reliability and validity analysis by statistics software, apply structural equation modeling software to testify the supposed hypothesis, analyse the function of Mediator, and also evaluate and fit the model.The major conclusions of the study are as follows:there exists significant correlational dependence between the dimensions of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, there exists significant correlational dependence between the dimentions of organizational justice and interpersonal harmony,identification with company,conscientiousness, and protecting company resources in organizational citizenship behavior, there is no significant dependence between the dimenions of organizatinal justice and the altruism toward colleagues in organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction fully acts as a mediator between the dimensions of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction fully acts as a mediator between the dimensions of organizational justice and interpersoanl harmony, identification with company, conscientiousness and protecting company resoruces in organizational citizanship behavior.
