Optimization Of The Bw Corporate Performance Management

Through the deep research of main links of performance management of BW Shanghai Company, the thesis analyzes and concludes deficiencies of BW Shanghai company performance management as well as some successful experience.The paper aims at analyzing its causes, harms and especially solutions. Firstly, this paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages of performance management theories at home and abroad and many performance management methods. And according to research performance management system based on the balanced scorecard can effectively resolve problems of performance management of BW Shanghai Company. The thesis summarizes the current performance management of BW company in Shanghai, and analyzes the existing shortage of performance management:enterprise strategy and target correlation is not high; many assessment methods in the application fails to effective integration; the balanced scorecard advanced idea and method have not been put into practice; financial system as a key assessment system have not been included in comprehensive evaluation results as well as the poor coupling of performance management system and other management system and unsystematic performance improvement plan etc. Therefore, the thesis offers the systematic optimization design of new ideas and specifically, a system of performance management basing on the balanced scorecard, mapping strategy maps, establishing and decomposing of key performance indicators to individuals, preparing the balanced scorecard and personal development plan, and listing exception-handling strategies of optimum proposal of performance management.
