I have engaged in human resource management for years, I am failure to improve management status of company thought try my best. HR management develop very slowly especially performance management face great difficulty. in order to change the statues, I want to consult from teachers. if the question can be solve,it will help private or small company to quicken their development.The article introduced some theory about performance management and the system, reflect promble by case analysis.The article mainly introduce the key performance index.,the attitude and understand of senior leader is very important and decide the result of performance management.Furthermore, performance management is the department managers'duty. all employees should join it. if the duty and relation is not clear, performance management has no possible to make success.Performance management can be used in there sides: strategic/management/staff development,I think if the performance management can help us ,then it is effective.Performance management system should be fit for the enterprise's status. such as ksai look performance management as a managing and control tool is reasonable. performance system need continue to improving.Specific duty of division and position, scientific and steady organize structure, efficient communication system and information management system etc, which are the basis of performance management.Furthermore, performance management should be combine with other HR management system, such as: training and salary.Communication and training are the soul of performance management, performance goal come from enterprise's strategic aim and nuclear competitive ability. The article divide into five chapters.
