As China's economic development, China's software companies has been rapid developed, but China's software enterprises are at the initial stage, size of enterprise and management level have to be improved. Due to the specificity of software companies, research and development staff in software companies played a crucial role. And how to make an objective and impartial performance appraisal is also a software company human resources development and management of the core content. R & D personnel performance appraisal is not only related to the distribution of their salaries, level promotion, education and training of human resources management process, but also determines the staff development, product quality, organizational performance, the core competitiveness of enterprises and other organizations on strategic issues. Therefore, the establishment of R & D personnel in line with the characteristics of performance appraisal system has become the core issues to software companies.In this paper, through the method of literature review, I got the Software R & D personnel performance appraisal of the status quo, by analysis of enterprises and general business software, software R & D personnel R & D personnel and the general comparison, examining Software R & D personnel of the particularity of performance appraisal, and make the job analysis to project managers, testers and programmer; Secondly, from the perspective of theory and practice of software R & D personnel performance appraisal methods study to compare a variety of assessment methods in the advantages and disadvantages, limitations and applicability, and by means of questionnaires and interviews with software companies on the current status of R & D staff performance appraisal analysis, sum up the problems in performance appraisal; and then establishing the system of R & D staff performance appraisal, such as the choice of methods, the selection of indicators, the determination of index weight, the subject and the cycle and the assessment of appraisal processes; Finally, through an empirical case, attempt to establish the system of R & D personnel performance appraisal in PCITC.Through the establishment of a set of system of software R & D personnel performance appraisal and I hope to provide some useful reference in theory and practice for software R & D personnel in the performance appraisal...
