As human resource management plays a bigger and bigger role in all aspects of so- ciety , when the external and internal environment of firms have changed, the human an resources management will be asked to presented a higher demand.Especially from the financial crisis that began in 2008 lead to the tebitat of enterprises degradation,for- cing corporate human resource management needs to improve traditional managemet methods to find more effective management model. On the other hand, given the sim- ilarities of human resources management and supply chain management,the great suc- cess of supply chain management in the logis- tics will expanding to the field of hum- an resource management.now low integrative makings on human resource,detach bet- ween nurture talents of and the needs of the community has caused the unreasonable of human resources allocation in our country.Human resource supply chain of enterprise(HRSCE)what supply chain manage- ment model applied to human resource management is carried out in the above conte- xt. The findings will provide a new management mode to human resource with an ins- piration and guide. The contents,ideas and methods of the study would enrich relevat theories and pratices about HRSCE,and they would provide a reference to similar res- earches in the furture in a certain extent.This paper consist of five parts.Chapter One: Intrunction.Clarified the background and meaning of this study,intro- duced pertinente concepts and main contents.Chapter Two:Literature review. Summarized and analyzed the related literature to human resource supply chain.Chapter Three: Analysis of the application of supply chain theories in human reso- urce. First,analyzed the human resource supply, established selection and evaluation systemof the supply side of human resources;and then used the TOC,JIT theories to analyze the enterprise internal configuration of human resources from the view of su- pply chain point;and then studied the principles and problems should pay attention of the establishment of human resources supply chain information system;finally analyz- ed the performance evaluation system of HRESCE.Chapter Four:The problems which should pay attentionto of HRSCE. This part co- ntains risk managementof HRSME and the role of government and society in broader HRESCE two parts.Finally, conclusion. Predicted the function and application prospects of HRSCE, summed up the study of the paper, and noted the further research direction.
