As for the corps management in new situation, organization stimulation is concerned. How to stimulate organizers'activity and working enthusiasm, and how to develop workers'potential ability in the largest extent, becomes the problem that managers highly concerned and most want to be solved. However, simply applying all kinds of stimulating methods to the corps management probably will cause "less stimulation" or "over stimulation", which will give rise to organizers'enthusiasms lack or over burden. When organizers are in bad health owing to over pressure, they will be languid at work, affecting working achievements.So, only as we give play to the combine effects of "organization stimulation" and "pressure management" at the basis of analyzing organization features, we can improve organizers'working achievements and finally achieve organizing target.This thesis, at the presupposition of this theory presume, is aiming at analyzing the combining effects of stimulation methods and pressure management from two angles of organization and person with the corps management examples of the exit and entrance frontier inspection.According to the analysis, the effects of organization stimulation methods and pressure management methods are complementary in some extent. "Less stimulation" or "over stimulation" can be complemented by pressure management. However, give full play to the combine effects of "organization stimulation" and "pressure management" will satisfy organizers'all kinds of needs, keep organizers'working motive power, and improve working achievements, which will bring immense promoting effects to achieving organizing target.
