Dalian Port Oil Terminal Company is a branch company under Dalian Port Corporation Limited,after being constructed and developed for many years, it has been a comprehensive modern port for crude oil, refined oils and liquefied chemicals capable of loading, discharging and storing.The competition between ports is very fierce these years,and the cargo owners are all concern with the efficency and quality through the port's working process. According to this condition,enhancing quality control of working process,ensuring the transportation and storage quality are the most important problem we should seriously face and research on.This thesis contains the contents below:through the "cause and effect pictures" quality control method, makes analyse of of loading&discharging technics conditions at present,point out the key problems of efficiency control in petroleum transportation,make systemic analyse of the material problems in the working process,and make relative measures and suggestions to improve the efficency and quality of petroleum transportation.The dalian west pacific petrochemical company (WEPEC)is a VIP client of our company,we point out there is a interfusion during the crude oil transportation process,to deal with it,we set 2 transportation pumps which is independent compare with others.but some problems happened,for example,vibration and electricity consumption etc.The pumps and the transportation hydraulic system don't match,we establish a pipelines resistance mathematic model and collect a series actual datas when using the pumps,I analyse the causes of these abnormal problem during pump running,and point out the improvement measures.now we have used them to improve the pump condition,when finish improvement,it will ensure the working quality completely.In this thesis,i make analysis of the cause of the crude oil interfusion according to the facilities'condition of crude&product oil transportation systems,i also exproud the improvement measures,proved by actual application,these measures are very effective to avoid the crude oil interfusion and protect the transportation quality.in addition,through analysis of solidification point,pour point,viscosity and other crude oil parameters,I also make scientific calculations to educe the economical transportation temperature of each kind of crude oil,so we can use it as a suitable temperature standard of crude oil transportation.finally,make the working process efficency,safety,and low electricity consumption.The research above can make good support to quality control during transportation process,it also established a constantly improving systema,for one thing,to provide more kinds of satisfying transportation service to our customers,satisfy our customers'demand on diversified transportation service,for another thing,to improve our company's capability on unitary quality management,constantly improve its competition capability in the hotly market.
