Decision-making is a common practice in administration, is the core of leadership activities. In leadership activities, ability of leadership decision-making relates to right or wrong decision, also relates to success or failure of community activities in the whole organization. Therefore, leaders should not only recognize themselves, but also clearly understand their influence and function in the organization. Human is the combination of emotion and ration, leader is not entirely rational person, When leaders make decisions, they will have personal feelings color. Therefore, the leaders' own emotional factors in decision-making activities of the leadership can not be ignored.
