Decision-making is a common practice in administration, is the core of leadership activities. In leadership activities, ability of leadership decision-making relates to right or wrong decision, also relates to success or failure of community activities in the whole organization. Therefore, leaders should not only recognize themselves, but also clearly understand their influence and function in the organization. Human is the combination of emotion and ration, leader is not entirely rational person, When leaders make decisions, they will have personal feelings color. Therefore, the leaders' own emotional factors in decision-making activities of the leadership can not be ignored. In recent years, influence of emotional factors in decision-making is more and more paid attention to in leading, therefore, analyzing influence and function of emotional factors, seeking method which can make positive function of individual emotion, meanwhile making scientific and correct decision is worth studying.ChapterⅠof this article offers a brief description of both leadership decision-making and emotion on leadership, which clarified importance in basic concept of the two activities of leadership; ChapterⅡanalyzes emotional and physiological mechanisms associated with the decision-making theory, specifically the emotions of people born in the life and work are indelible and neglect, and confirms the influence and function of the emotional decision-making in the leadership; ChapterⅢdeeply analyzes the impact on psychological processes and psychology and individual emotional by decision-making in the leadership, also there is a detailed analysis in particular during the actual operation of the influence; ChapterⅣis via chapterⅢwhich demonstrates of the emotional decision-making in the leadership of an impact on the analysis of leadership attempts to strengthen the leadership self-awareness training and improve the quality of both decision-making responsibility system, to coordinate and control leader's right to play emotional factors, finally to make a scientific decision-making.
