Research On The Model Of Leadership Decision-making Of HD Company Of Fuxin Mining Group

Enterprise leadership decisions concerns the rise and fall of the enterprise, plays a decisive role to the development of enterprises. In this paper, based on the research topic of leadership decision model, dedicated to study on the HD business leaders decision-making for providing certain suggestions and theoretical guidance.Through the analysis of HD company at present the decision model, for HD company, there were the person involved in low democratization, decision-making way in poor diversification, decision efficiency is not obvious, decision-making level is not enough careful, lacking of supervision and evaluation of the decision-making problems and so on, combined the company with its historical background, trade advantage, corporate culture, put forwards the main body of HD company leadership decision model and the principles should be followed, and based on the model theories, proposes that the HD company leadership decision-making model architecture and operational mechanism, which contains the main decision-making, the principles, the extent of the reference, the type of decisions and applicable method and model should be taken. After, gives the successful implementation system of the model and the adaptive methods. Finally, put forwards the safeguard mechanisms, such as policies and regulations mechanisms, process mechanism, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and accountability mechanisms.
