Innovative Technology-based Sino-russian Scientific And Technological Cooperation Strategy Research

With the promotion of technological innovations on the role of economic growth, countries (regions) regard the active international scientific cooperation as an important element of economic development strategy. This article from the perspective of scientific and technological cooperation between China and Russia, based on the reality of the two countries to explore the new ideas of Chinese and Russian sides delivering technological innovations, and for the first time put forward the technical innovation as the core strategic vision of science and technology cooperation.
