Industry Cluster Area, A Combination Of Talent Demand Forecasting Model

The essence of competitions between enterprises in the 21st century is,as it was, a crucial struggle for the talented.With the current rapid development of industry cluster,the demand for the high quality poeople is on the rise.Due to the tremendous effects brought by various factors,the future thirst of industy cluster for highly competent people is actually in the state of dynamic change.Therefore,it is of great significance to orchestrate the futuristic manpower planning for the build-up of a contigent of high-caliber talents and the upgrade of industry cluster as a whole.The prognosis of the futuristic talent demand has always been a focal point,by the same token,as well as a difficult point too,on the ground that the previous methodologies in the past to estimate the futuristic needs for talent fell short in terms of scientificalness,objectiveness and correctness and failed to live up to the requirements of industry cluster for the talent demand.This paper employs some fundamental theories of industry clusterand talent forecast,absorbing empirical theories in this sphere from domestic and oversea angles,with its pivotal focus on the present accentuating features of the current talent demand of industry cluster, put forward a combined model to predict its demand.Besides,this paper conducted a talent demand forecast for the Hunan Engineering machinery industry cluster,based on the theoretical research and the author's own case studies and investigations.This paper is mainly devided into three parts for discussion.Firstly, capitalizing on the interviews with some heavyweight experts with established reputation in the subject-pertinent circle,it spells out the fators affecting the talent demand of the industry demand and quantifies the due weight of each factor with the method of the analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,it introduces the gray theory and the theory of artificial neutral network to undertake the modelling of the talent demand of industry cluster and make the relative forecast analysis.Besides,this paper also gives a combined model of the talent demand on the basis of aforementioned modelling.Other than that,it also establishes a mixed regression model of the talent demand of industry cluster for forecast with the analysis on the the main elements which have impact on the the talent demand of industry cluster.Finally,this paper proves the feasibility and effectivity of the models put forward in it with the example of the talent demand of the Hunan engineering machinery industry cluster.
