In The Construction Of The Second Board Of Y Major Project Business Management Optimization Strategy

As the core position and effect of the project management becoming more prominent in project construction, how to adapt to the changing business environment, standardize project management system, and enhance the level of project management, becomes the problem to be solved for construction enterprises. Practice has proved that problems which occur during the construction of various engineering, not just only because of the technical reason, or because that we are short of effective systemic business management. Business management level has a profound impact on the status of project management.The author has worked in China Construction Second Board for many years, which develops as a high speed. However, there are still many problems in its project business management, whose management form is relatively fixed and static and project business management system is flawed and incomplete. How to improve the project business management systems, solve the existing problems and continue to promote enterprise development in the background of the financial crisis are the purposes we research.Through the research of China Construction Second Board's major project, this article focused on its commercial activity management, specifically described status and effectiveness of the bidding management, contract management and cost management. Particularly, we carried out a further in-depth discussion and analysis in their problems and deficiencies, and proposed the corresponding improvement programs and measures to raise the project management level.This study has a practical significance for our company to further improve and standardize other major project business management, and also has an important reference value for similar enterprises'project management.
