Study Of Large Project Organizations Operating Mechanism

Based on mechanism design and organization theory, this article establishes the organization operation efficiency module from the following four aspects:organization operation basis, organization motivation, organization coordination and optimization, to achieve the promotion of organization operation efficiency. Organization operation efficiency reflects the performance of organization operation mechanism. Generally, a well-operated organization mechanism can hasten the adaptation between organization and internal/external environment continuously, consummating the effectiveness of organization operation. In the module that proposed in this paper, organization coordination and optimization embodies this effect on organization operation mechanism.Founded on the module of organization operation mechanism, this paper analyzes and resolves the foundation platform of organization operation, organization motivation, organization coordination and optimization. Organization operation foundation platform includes organization mode, organization structure, work flow, organization system and information platform, all of which are the basic framework of organization operation.On the basis of the establishment of foundation platform of organization operation, this paper analyzes the origin, mode and its functioning mechanism of organization operation motivation, while process modeling resolution for coupling effect of the two kinds of organization operation motivation—authority motivation and contract motivation.Concerning on the efficiency of organization operation, the paper analyzes its implementation from the view point of improving efficiency in the manner of organization coordination and organization optimization, attached with the case study of XG Project.The improvement of project management is rooted on the strengthening on understanding of project organization nature.Along with the enlargement of project scale, increase of interested parties,the internal and external relation in the engineering project is becoming more and more complicated, and the project is confronting with the even bigger uncertainty and risk, which augments the difficulty in achieving project objective.Consequently, the research of organization operation mechanism, which focuses on the organization objective, will have a certain role in the promotion of the understanding of organization nature and project management.
