Study On The Development Of China's Insurance Industry

There is no doubt that the development space of the industry and the stage of industrial cycle are the major factors that decide the future of the enterprises. While the external environment and internal competition structure are the important force to decide the survival and development of the industry. Additionally, companies must acquaint with the development history and lessons; insight into the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenge; find out the driving force for reform and the key factors for success, to grasp the developing trend. The enterprise should formulate appropriate development strategies and marketing strategies, according to the internal and external environment and the changes of customer demand; construct the core competence to meet the market changes; and acquire the development opportunities to obtain the synchronous increase of the scale and effectiveness. In this paper, the answers for these questions were given by theoretical and empirical analysis, to provide the necessary theoretical basis and the instruction for decision-making for the enterprise.Following conclusions were drawn by this research:Insurance appraisal is an essential product of the economic development and industrial division, and it is developing rapidly along with our economy and insurance industry. The insurance appraisal industry in China is still at the growth stage of the industry cycle, a huge gap with developed countries; and the internal strength of which is weak because of many constraints. The integrated environment to development of the industry is good, now facing a transition and large-scale development stage, and the market space is enormous; the large-scale industry consolidation trend was emerged and the industrial integration was beginning. Appraisal industry gradually plays an important role in the development and integration of insurance industry chain for its increasing innovation such as the diversification of the development models and the abundant of the products, however, in order to realize its stable status and key role, the models innovation of the products was the only way. whether it is as soon as possible to realize the innovation of appraisal system and the breakthroughs of the insurance claims systems, to accelerate and promote the socialization of the appraisal industry and make it return to independent, professional and impartial assessment standard, is the key factor that decide the insurance appraisal industry stable and healthy development.The main innovations of this paper are as follow:First, correctly divided the development stages of insurance appraisal industry; Second, theoretically explored the status and role of that; Third, comprehensively analyzed the development space and capacity of it; Fourth, researched the modularization innovation of insurance appraisal in the chain of insurance industry and forecasted the direction of industrial integration of insurance appraisal industry; Fifthly, put forward the innovation view that socialization was the way to achieve a stable, healthy and sustainable development of insurance appraisal industry and gave a preliminary demonstration of that. The insufficient include that the research of the innovation of modular was not deep and concrete enough; the actual proof about the industry integration was lacking; the innovation of insurance appraisal industry system and the specific measures to solve the bottleneck problem of the development were not thoroughly. That all need to be researched more.
