With the rapid development of the national economy, the city become suburbanization the inevitable trend of the property market, for the development of a great opportunity. The property of the economy is a pillar industries, association strong, and real estate development to spur the development of many industries.In recent years, the scale of cities of Xi'an is rapid expand, and gradually appeared suburbanization. In the western development of a favorable policies led to divert attracted many investors, the real estate industry has been rapid increases. In real estate investment area selection decision, people tend to be traditional by analyzing the experience of the judge to decide whether to invest, with certain blindness, investment risk, and the guiding role of investment is lack of practice.How did real estate development to maximize the interests of investors in the suburb space?A foreign investor's point of view in this article, based on the suburban special geographical position, because of the various merit and demerit, in the suburbs of the special area for real estate investment, and real estate investment environment was unusually complicated. In order to avoid investment risk and the blind investment and the capital loss, for the suburb of Xi'an, a quantitative analysis this is the real estate investment environment of the relevant laws and political environment qualitative analysis and use of the main element analysis of the natural environment, economic environment, infrastructure environmental, social and cultural environment four elements of such comprehensive assessment and the list of investment environment for scientific qualitative and quantitative analysis, and to find various areas of real estate investment environment and to optimization of the relevant plan, which improve or enhance the investment environment and the practical significance.
