Reasonable and effective management of vocational colleges teachers is the inherent power and protection in the development of vocational colleges.The performance Evaluation of "Double" teachers in vocational colleges is important and difficult in the human resources management of vocational colleges These teachers not only have the high level of cultural and professional theory, but also has the professional engineers and technicians as basis and practical skills, with some business and technology organizations to promote the production capacity of technology. It also has important impact on the behavior of teacher in vocational college.This study abroad from the performance appraisal system for teachers in vocational colleges, analyzes the current evaluation system on the "Double" the impact of teacher performance, combined with the "Double Teachers" in Hengyang Financial Industry Technology vocational college existing in the System Performance Evaluation disadvantages. The paper fully explored on how to improve the "Double" teacher performance appraisal system content and methods, and analysis the Financial Industry Technology Hengyang in detail with AHP.The paper research on such important question:how to improve vocational colleges "Double" the effectiveness of the proposed teacher performance appraisal:improve the "double" teacher performance assessment subject knowledge, build a scientific and rational "Double" teacher performance appraisal system, cause reduction the potential for bias. The proper use "Double" teacher performance assessment results to develop new channels to the "double" teacher performance assessment, and prompt the "double" teacher performance assessment be comprehensive.We hope this study has some reference to correct evaluation in the higher vocational colleges "Double" teacher evaluation system.
