Under the tendency of accelerating the development of modern vocationaleducation, construction of the high-quality and professional contingent of"double-qualified" vocational teachers has always been the focus and difficulty of thetransitional development of domestic vocational education. In2011, the ministry ofeducation proposed it explicitly in Opinions on Further Perfecting the Training andCultivation System of Vocational Teachers that to build the school-enterprisecooperation system of vocational teachers cultivation and training. However, it is knownthat role inequality between enterprises and schools has long existed in our country’svocational school-enterprise cooperation, which tremendously restrains the constructionof the contingent of "double-qualified" vocational teachers. Therefore, how to enhancethe cooperation and establish enterprises’ dominant role in the construction of"double-qualified" vocational teachers is urgently needed to be studied, which alsodetermines the sustainable and efficient development of "double-qualified" vocationalteachers.Based on the scarcity of enterprises’ dominant role in the construction of"double-qualified" vocational teachers, this thesis combed foreign and domesticenterprises’ position in the construction of vocational teachers, analyzed the positionand role imbalance of domestic enterprises objectively with national conditionsconcerned, and tried to put forward certain solutions and suggestions to solve theproblem.In the process of research, massive foreign and domestic relevant literature onschool-enterprise cooperation and construction of contingent of vocational teachers wasstudied. This paper studied general economic attribute and social attribute of enterprises,thoroughly analyzed the internal and external motivations of enterprises whileanticipating the construction of the contingent of vocational teachers, dissected thecauses led to enterprises’ role imbalance, laid foundation for the presence of solutionsand suggestions. For studying, various angles of pedagogy, sociology, economics wereemployed, the methods, such as, literature research, comparative research andinterdisciplinary study, as well as the combination of inductive and deductive analysis,were used.This research indicated, enhancing school-enterprise cooperation, facing thecontradiction of enterprise utility and vocational education commonweal during theconstruction of contingent of vocational teachers, clarifying the relation andresponsibility of government、enterprises、school and society are the basis and premiseof establishing enterprises’ dominant role in the construction of contingent of"double-qualified" vocational teachers. In the practice of vocational teachers training, itcalls for the participation of relevant interest groups in society to enhance thecooperation with enterprises. In view of this, this thesis intended to explore thefeasibility of promoting vocational school-enterprise cooperation by the combination of social external driving force and enterprise internal driving force, make the dominantrole of enterprise in the construction of contingent of vocational teachers moreprominent, build the long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in theconstruction of our country’s contingent of "double-qualified" vocational teachers.
