Farmers Continued To Increase Research

The growth of farmers'income remains a long-standing problem. Since the 1990s of last century, there were various research perspectives and research findings on the issue of farmers'income. This paper mainly discusses the growth of farmers' income under new situation in the coastal developed regions. The purpose and significance of the paper are:From the viewpoint of coastal provinces, such as Zhejiang Province and so on, analyses the new situation, new characteristic and new task after the tremendous changes of famers'income growth mode and income structure at the time of speeding up the process of industrialization and urbanization. Meanwhile, advances the countermeasures to maintain the high growth rate of farmer's income facing new times based on the use of related methods from home and aboard.The paper consists of four parts. The first part summarizes the related theories and concepts of the growth of farmers'income and introduces some research findings on the promotion of the growth of farmers'income from home and abroad. The second part analyzes the reasons of the sustainable growth in terms of farmer's income in Zhejiang Province under the new situation, as well as some new characteristics presented in the new times. The third part analyzes the reasons for the influence on the growth of farmer's income from the aspects of macro economy, dual framework of city and countryside and interior rules of "countryside and agriculture and peasantry" and highlights the impact on the growth of farmer's income caused by global financial crisis. The fourth part advances the approaches and advises for acceleration the growth of farmers'income in Zhejiang province under the new situation on the basis of the analysis and introduction the successful methods from home and aboard.According to the study, the paper holds that Zhejiang Farmers owns per capita income of over 10,000, the result is not only developed by effective countermeasures from various levels, but also attributed to long-accumulated the development of rural reform. In addition, it is the good reflections of a basic structure of sustainable increasing ability of farmer's income. At present and in years, by facing the new level of the economic society development in the entire province, the new phrase of "speed up the integration of urban and rural areas" in the balance of development of urban and rural areas, and the new start of "over 10,000" of farmer's income, To continuously maintain the rapid growth of farmers' income, we should pay more attention to expand the source of three main incomes, namely business income, property income, transfer income and accelerate the transformation of agricultural development. In addition, we should attach great importance on the growth income of three groups, namely agricultural workers, low-income farmers, ordinary workers to establish a consolidated mechanism of common prosperity for all farmers, as well as continuously accelerate the improvement of farmers'income and narrow the gaps among different income group.
