The IT market in China will keep a continuous growth up to 15.8% annually from 2010 to 2015, which means the IT industry will keep the trends of fast development. As a knowledge-technology intense industry, the key point for its development is the innovative technicians. In other words, the competition for IT industry is talents, and the talents training is the winning point for the company to be standing out.The employee training keeps a low level in most of IT companies for kinds of reasons, and those companies ignore the staff training with out-of-date management or without routine and efficient training system.With a 6-year working experience in a large IT company, the author summarizes a series of methods for training system construction and application according to the features of IT company and its employees based on lots of information collection and research.This essay analyzes the key factors and points for training system construction from three aspects, i.e., the basic resources, management flow and regulations. The three ones respectively represent different angles and contents, and also restrict and influence one to another. The author analyzes the application of IT company training system in real execution with an example of Company Z, finding out the problems and proposing the suggestions. All these problems are also common in a great number of IT companies.Hopefully, this essay can play a reference role in training development for modern IT companies by a study on training system construction and application.
