With the advent of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises isincreasingly fierce; human resources become the main feature of the knowledge economy era.How to play the role of human resources and improve the economic efficiency of enterprisesbecomes a hot topic. For enterprises, a not only technical and managerial personnel withhigher education background, but also skilled employees with operating technology is needed.In order to improve the level of knowledge and technical skills of the staff, the company musttrain the employees. Through the training, the staff can improve their knowledge and skillsand the company can also create a good learning culture of the enterprise. Internationallyrenowned enterprises such as Motorola, General Electric, Siemens have already set a trainingsystem with the characteristics of the enterprise. So training is not only the needs of staffdevelopment, but also the needs of enterprise development.LQ company is Heilongjiang Province authorized state-owned engineering andconstruction company. In recent years, the huge demand for roads and bridges provide manyunprecedented opportunities for LQ company. How improve human resource developmentefficiency and improve quality and performance of staff become the key to achievecompetitive advantage. Therefore, designing the LQ’s actual training system according to theLQ characteristics, is the main problem of this paper.Based on human resources training theory and the LQ company staff training practices,to identify the LQ company the main problems in personnel training. On this basis, firstly wemake the general idea and the basic principles of the training system of LQ company;secondly we design the whole training system from training system design, trainingcurriculum design and training security system. This paper not only play a reference on thedevelopment of the LQ company human resource development direction, but also have somereference value for other construction companies.
